What counts as an editor versus a viewer? +

An editor can create and modify dashboards, reports, and notebooks, connect to databases, and run NLP queries freely. A viewer can view, filter, and interact with published content.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? +

✔. Upgrade to annual billing at any time and receive the 30% discount going forward. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Does connecting to a database mean live queries or extracted data? +

Both modes are supported. Run live queries directly against your database or use scheduled extract mode for fast dashboard rendering.

What happens if I exceed my NLP query limit? +

You will be prompted to purchase additional query packs or upgrade. Grafieks notifies you before access limits are reached.

Is there a minimum commitment for Enterprise? +

Enterprise plans are annual contracts with a minimum of 100 editors. Volume discounts, custom onboarding, dedicated CSM, and negotiated SLA terms are included.

Is there a free forever plan? +
